Betty Michelle McCline is a Director of Operations with a track record of driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational success. She brings expertise in financial reporting, budget planning, state and federal program management, and Human Resources.
PURPOSE. Outside of her professional life, Betty is a proud mother to three amazing children—Jaiden (15), Jaylon (13), and Riley (8). She is also a faith-driven podcaster and devoted follower of Jesus, committed to uplifting those around her.
LEADERSHIP. Betty Michelle received her B.B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She later received her Master’s in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Betty Michelle’s leadership reflects in her passion for fostering a positive school and workplace culture that embodies excellence at every level.
